Corruseal is one of South Africa’s largest paper recyclers, collecting over 200,000 tonnes of waste paper and cardboard every year. Through our recycling business and our Planet Care operations, we source recyclable paper from commercial clients, offices, buy-back centres, and on-site waste management programmes across the country.
This work supports the circular economy: the paper we collect feeds directly into our Enstra Paper Mill in Springs, where it’s manufactured into 100% recycled containerboard. By recovering valuable fibre that would otherwise go to landfill, we reduce environmental impact, generate employment through SMME and empowerment-driven partnerships, and close the loop on paper packaging in South Africa.
Enstra Paper is one of South Africa’s largest recycled fibre paper mills and a leading manufacturer of containerboard, kraft liner, paper bag materials, and security paper. Located on a 60-hectare site in Springs, Gauteng, the mill has been producing high-quality paper for the South African market for over 75 years and is a proud member of the Corruseal Group.
