There is a dedicated focus on the development of ‘core’ or ‘soft’ skills that enable people to advance and perform well in leadership and management roles. As such, through our Academy and other service providers, we encourage participation in our customised programmes and interventions to enhance these skills. Customised programmes focus on Coaching & Mentorship, Level-Specific Leadership Development, Personal Mastery & Resilience, and Corruseal Culture Programmes.
The Academy also conducts a variety of factory-floor, competency-based training interventions and assessments to ensure that employees in the production environment are competent and able to meet customer requirements.
Across our businesses, there is a focus on development of operator expertise, ensuring that operators and factory support staff are competent in machine- and other operations to ensure safe working conditions, efficient operations, and meaningful career progression.
For those not yet part of Corruseal, we have a range of apprenticeship, internship, and graduate placement opportunities that we run intakes for annually or as business needs change. These programmes offer exceptional training and real-world work experience where the learner has a chance to learn from and work with experienced industry leaders in a range of fields – laying the foundation for meaningful and rewarding careers.
